We created our eco-friendly swimwear brand for women braving the waves. We celebrate style, rhythm & love of women’s surfing. Firstly, we design feminine, comfortable and fun suits. Secondly, we blend retro-modern shapes, contemporary colors and prints creating the perfect balance between surf function and style. Most importantly, we commit to domestic production, sustainable design and local production in California. We design vintage made, multi-use & printed by letterpress hangtags. Lastly, we add a hair band.
ECO-FRIENDLY SWIMWEAR FOR WATER-WOMAN
We understand producing garments has drastic affects on environmental impact. Therefore, we do our best protecting valuable resources of land, air and water saving what we love most – the ocean.
WHY ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE MATERIALS MATTER?
Did you know that approximately 70% of a product’s environmental impact happens during the manufacturing process? Therefore, we work hard making the most informed decisions choosing fabrics and designing with environmental impact in mind. We choose materials benefiting people and planet.
REPREVE is a certified, earth-friendly fiber. For example, they create high-quality, recycled polyester yarns made from 100% recycled materials. Repreve’s materials use post-consumer plastic bottles, pre-consumer industrial waste and made in the USA. Content: 80% Recycled Polyester; 20% Spandex
Further, ECONYL creates 100% regenerated nylon fiber from fishnets and other pre-consumer and post-consumer nylon waste. Moreover, it’s exactly the same as brand new nylon, is recycled, recreated and remoulded again and again. The fabric is made in Italy. Content: 80% Recycled Nylon; 20% Spandex
Lastly, using YULEX ensures the forest is being managed in a way preserving biological diversity. This material is 100% natural rubber material harvested from trees that are Forest Stewardship Council certified. In addition, Yulex benefits lives of local people and workers, ensuring they are sustaining economic viability.
